1798. A Combination of ACEI and ARB is not recommended in hypertension.
1799. Hydralazine and minoxidil can increase left ventricular hypertrophy.
1800. Avoid ACEI and ARB in hypertensive patients with bilateral renal artery stenosis or unilateral disease with one kidney.
